Clarion Coolers come with 12 Months warranty from the date of their original retail purchase. To obtain warranty service in India, you must return the defective part within the warranty period and produce the dated Proof-of-Purchase document.
Warranty: –

  • Covers only NEW products and is applicable only in India.
  • Covers on-site service visit only for the places of dealer operations otherwise covers only with providing the replacement of defective parts with new ones.
  • Commences from the date of purchase as listed on the customer’s invoice.
  • Provides repair/replacement of defective parts with part of like kind and quality, as applicable, to maintain your product in good operating condition.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Does not cover defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from shipping or transit accidents, abuse, misuse, operation contrary to furnished instructions, operation on incorrect power supplies, operation with faulty associated equipment, modification, alteration, improper servicing, tampering, or normal wear and tear.

In case of any ambiguity related to warranty coverage, the company holds all the rights to take the final decision
