Whether used to cool an entire facility or simply to spot cool specific areas, Dual inlet duct air coolers are loaded with thick commercial rigid media which supplement and/or replace mechanical refrigeration needs. The dual inlet duct cooler is an ideal cooling solution for commercial, industrial, institutional or agricultural facilities and buildings that require moving large quantities of fresh air. Laundries, gymnasiums, kitchens, heat-treating areas and dry cleaning plants are perfect candidates for energy efficient evaporative cooling

Dual inlet duct series is design for large volume air delivery at high  static pressure it can supply air volume upto 75,000 CMH at 60 MM static. Designed smartly this series is loaded with two wet sections which can load large water capacity and high efficiency thick cooling pads which can cool down large area in short span of time. The Industrial blower fan are designed to provide maximum efficiency and air delivery. The blower wheel are dynamically balanced and paired with long life bearings to ensure trouble free operation.

POWERFUL COOLING MEDIA

These dual inlet duct air cooler features the 12″ cellulose pads on both the sides  to provide the coolest air possible. Each and every machine is tested for maximum efficiency & cooling media is tested to provide maximum evaporation & low moisture, as maximum evaporation provides maximum cooling efficiency. Rigid media is tested and used to ensure that they cool down large area in short span of time.  These duct coolers and its integrated systems work hard to help bring together both performance and efficiency while providing worry-free reliability.

MODULAR WET SECTIONS

The duct coolers are equipped with wet sections that have 12″ rigid hi-efficient media for maximum cooling power.

This rigid media is constructed of special cellulose material, impregnated with insoluble decay resistant chemicals as well as rigidifying saturants. The unique design of the pads, which continually direct water to the air inlet side, induces highly turbulent mixing of air and water for optimum moisture transfer. This process results in cooler, consistent air flow with lower temperatures
